Description
- Morning mindfulness practice, unique workshops, and 1 on 1 sessions with wellness practitioners
- Come together in community to create a supportive, judgement-free space for healing
- Slow down the pace of life and feel the flow of your world and your own rhythms
- Break out of patterns and transform the focus of your daily life
- Individual work sessions: spend focused time working on your goals, and the things you usually can’t fit into your schedule
- Programming is from 9 AM – 3 PM daily, with 1-2 hour breaks between activities to promote rest and to work on your individual goals

Who is attending?
- This space centers the experiences of women, non-binary/gender expansive identities, and the LGBTQ+ community. Allies welcome.
- Chronic illness warriors: those dealing with long-term physical or emotional health challenges
- Those dealing with stress, burnout, and overwhelm
The vibe
- Relaxed, not rushed. A daily schedule that includes flexibility and frequent breaks. Choose to attend what fits your needs and your schedule best.
- Accessible: let us know of anything that would make the sessions more accessible for you.
- It’s ok to bring your whole self. All emotions welcome.
- East meets West: A unique understanding of the value of ancient traditions as well as evidence-based techniques grounded in science.
