Morning mindfulness practice, unique workshops, and 1 on 1 sessions with wellness practitioners
Come together in community to create a supportive, judgement-free space for healing
Slow down the pace of life and feel the flow of your world and your own rhythms
Break out of patterns and transform the focus of your daily life
Individual work sessions: spend focused time working on your goals, and the things you usually can’t fit into your schedule
Programming is from 9 AM - 3 PM daily, with 1-2 hour breaks between activities to promote rest and to work on your individual goals

This space centers the experiences of women, non-binary/gender expansive identities, and the LGBTQ+ community. Allies welcome.
Chronic illness warriors: those dealing with long-term physical or emotional health challenges

Relaxed, not rushed. A daily schedule that includes flexibility and frequent breaks. Choose to attend what fits your needs and your schedule best.
